I bet you guys didn’t know that I’m the number-one Karaoke DJ in Payne County.

Actually, I gave myself that title because I have deejayed a lot of karaoke parties, and I always have a great time with the guests.  I sing (poorly, I might add) with them, crack jokes, play games… whatever it takes to get the party started and everyone singing.  Unfortunately, today will be the last time I bring the ancient art of karaoke to the eager masses.  So, in honor of five years of not-carrying-a-tune-in-a-bucket, I present to you my list of all-time favorite karaoke songs:

We’re having a graduation party for our family & a few friends, so I made an invitation last weekend to email out.  It was my first real foray into the world of Inkscape, an open source vector illustrator.  It’s a tricky program, but I think I got the hang of it.

I should be sending the invite to people’s inboxes sometime this week.  If you don’t get one, please don’t feel bad.  The space we rented only holds about 40 people and we have a lot of family between 4 graduates.

Also, just for fun, the title of this post is a reference to the theme song for Shin Chan, a funny little Japanese cartoon that used to air on adult swim.  Check it out.
